PHNET Digital Certificates

Digital Certificate Information Replacement Form 

  The PHNET Digital Certificate offers a comprehensive domain name and server identification to assure visitors to your site that data traffic between their browsers and your website remain private. For more information about digital certificates, please read this Wikipedia entry.
This form is to be used by institutions which have an existing Digital Certificate issued by PHNET but need to have them replaced. The replacement certificate will have the same expiration date as the current certificate we have on record. Every related information, except the domain for which the certificate was issued, may be modified. The domain itself may never be modified.

The following are the steps for modifying the information:

  1. Fill up the registration form below to generate a Request Form. The generated Request Form will be immediately e-mailed to the addresses of both the technical and administrative contacts, per PHNET's current records.
  2. Either one of the Technical or Administrative contacts must reply to the Request Form we e-mailed. After we receive a reply, we will automatically update the informaton related to the Digital Certificate and then issue a replacement certificate.

Domain Administrator - Information (Required)
The Domain Administrator will be registered as one of the persons authorized to request changes in you school's DNS registration. For this reason, we recommend that you appoint a permanent employee of your school as its domain administrator.

Technical Contact - Information (Required)
Because the Domain Administrator may not be a technical person, your school may appoint a Technical Contact who will coordinate with PHNET on your school's DNS registration. This contact person may approve modifications and changes in your domain information.
